Postponement of the entry date
Please inform us about a postponement of the date of entry in writing prior to the original departure date. Just send us an email. We will then change the insurance period and immediately send you a new insurance confirmation.
After the original start of insurance coverage, we can only accept changes to the insurance period if you can immediately substantiate the new data by providing us with the respective entry documents.
Denial of visa
A reimbursement of the insurance premium is possible, if you or your visitor are not allowed to enter the country. Please send your application for reimbursement within 30 days after the denial of visa. For reimbursement of the premium, please provide us with the rejection letter from the embassy or consulate together with a full copy of your visitor’s passport.
In case of denial of visa, we charge a service fee of 10 €. Please understand that we can only reimburse if the amount exceeds 15 €.
Premature return – Termination
After expiration of the period applied for, the insurance coverage ceases automatically. In case the visitor prematurely returns home, an early termination of contract is possible, as long as the insurance policy is terminated in writing. In this case, you only pay the fees accrued up to the date of termination.
In case of early termination, we charge a service fee of 5 €. Please understand that we can only reimburse if the amount exceeds 10 €.
Change of address
Please inform us immediately about any change of address. Just send us an e-mail.
Direct debit return
Every returned direct debit causes administrative procedures and bank fees. Therefore we have to charge a service fee of € 15 for every returned direct debit.
