What to do in the event of damage

Please keep the following in mind:

Please always visit a general practitioner first before visiting a specialist.

Please inform your doctor that your health insurance only covers acute medical treatment.

Your doctor will provide you with an invoice after the treatment. This invoice must include the patient’s name, the name of the disease, a detailed description of the provided medical treatment and the treatment costs.

The treatment costs are reimbursed to the person presenting the invoice. Please present the original invoice together with your insurance number and your current bank data. It usually takes 7 to 14 days to process your order before we can transfer the money to your bank account. In case of a foreign transfer, we will deduct the transfer costs from the benefits.

Notice of claim – accident and liability insurance

Please inform us immediately about any accident and at the latest 48 hours after an accidental death. In case of liability loss, no acknowledgement of debt should be made towards the injured party. Please provide our office with a detailed description of the circumstances of loss and evidence of the incurred costs.
