Insurance – quick and easy
Requirements
Foreign citizens not older than 69 years who temporarily stay in Germany or other EU countries for private or business purposes can be insured up to six month with PROVISIT-VISUM.
The insurance should be purchased prior to the journey, within 10 days after entering Germany at the latest.
How to receive your insurance?

You can easily conclude PROVISIT-VISUM online.
You will
immediately receive your cover note.
2. Easy by mail or fax
Alternatively the application form can be downloaded, printed out, filled in and send back to our office. You will immediately receive your confirmation of insurance coverage.
Fees and payment methods
The fee for this insurance policy depends on the duration of the journey. The fee per person per day is:

The minimum fee is 10 €.
The fee is a single premium payable on purchase of insurance. We accept payment by direct debit or credit card.
Area of application
The insurance coverage applies for all EU countries as well as for Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland.
Start of insurance coverage
Insurance coverage begins on the agreed date (start of insurance coverage), but not before purchase of an insurance contract and payment of the fee. Insurance does not cover events that took place prior to the start of insurance coverage.
End of insurance coverage
Insurance coverage ceases automatically on the agreed date. The maximum duration of insurance is 180 days. The insurance coverage cannot be extended beyond this period.
Extension
This particular insurance cannot be extended beyond the originally planned period.
